The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) is a binding agreement between Energywin Technologies Private Limited, the owners of the SkoolSmart mobile app and website (www.skoolsmart.net)/(www.energywin.in) (SkoolSmart hereon) and the individual user registered with SkoolSmart or a person registered with SkoolSmart. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service provided by SkoolSmart which includes all aspects, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the SkoolSmart Mobile application and websites.

It is our policy that personal information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail, date of birth and information pertaining to SkoolSmart are confidential. This information is shared only with the concerned team to run the SkoolSmart Service.

1. We collect information (Personal Information) from you when you reach out for SkoolSmart Service or SkoolSmart Subscription
2. When using our mobile application, you may be asked to enter your mobile number to receive One-Time Password. We reserve the right to request additional information from you if required.
• Usage of Personal Information
1. Generally, we use the Personal Information collected and/or received about you in connection with our Services and their various features. We also use information collected and/or received about you to send notifications related to SkoolSmart Service (eg:Alerts – Where-about your Children from Home to School to Home)
2. The information will often be distributed to SkoolSmart back-end team to run the SkoolSmart Service
3. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other party for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of intent stated earlier.
4. The email address, mobile number you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
5. We may use your Personal Information to communicate with you for the purpose of the Skoolsmart Service  and other reasons by email, text message, phone call, or other electronic, written or oral communication method.
6. Additionally, we may use aggregated information derived from Personal Information to improve the SkoolSmart Services.
• Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not share Personal Information we obtain from your use of mobile app and/or SkoolSmart Services with others except as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use policy.

Information Obtained From Use of SkoolSmart Mobile App

• Data retention
1. When SkoolSmart no longer needs or requires your personal information, it will destroy, delete, erase or convert information to an anonymous form without notice to you.
2. If the customer is requested to terminate the SkoolSmart Service, SkoolSmart may immediately and permanently delete all stored messages and records of your account without notice to you.
• Consent
1. SkoolSmart presumes that by using its Services and/or accessing its mobile application you have read this Privacy and Security Policy and SkoolSmart’s Terms of Service. Moreover, by providing the personal information requested (both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable), you have consented to its use by SkoolSmart for the stated purposes unless expressed otherwise.
2. Where SkoolSmart obtains information about a consumer from its customers or School, SkoolSmart presumes that the consumer has previously provided appropriate consent to the School from whom we obtain the information. In any case, the consumer can be assured that this Privacy and Security Policy applies to any information obtained from a third party.

SkoolSmart reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and other online policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.

We shall, however, provide notice of such changes by posting the revised policies by either:

(a) Providing you a message the next time you login into your account or

(b) Sending you e-mail to the email address you provided when creating your account.
